Acorsa is a Spanish brand, owned by Dcoop, one of the top Agricultural Spanish Cooperatives.
Dcoop is formed by an association of Cooperatives coming from several regions in Spain. These Cooperatives, owned by many families of farmers around the country, have preserved their mills and cultural heritage in order to keep the quality of their harvest and select the best olives, produced with care and dedication.
The harvest is done during the last few weeks of September, when Dcoop families collect the olives that have not ripened yet. As they love saying "from the Olive tree to your table".
