Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or if your order is incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and do our best to make it right.


RETURNS

As we supply perishable goods, most items are not eligible for return. This includes all fresh food products, which cannot be resold once dispatched. For this reason, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on these items.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Requests to cancel an entire order prior to delivery will incur a $10 administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This does not apply to products clearly marked as non-refundable, which remain non-refundable even if cancelled before delivery.


REFUNDS

If a refund is approved after we’ve reviewed your concern, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.
