Melbourne Metro (Monday to Friday):
$15 delivery for orders $50–$119
$10 delivery for orders $120–$159
FREE delivery for orders over $160

Regional Victoria & Outer Melbourne (selected days):
Flat $25 delivery fee

Melbourne Metro (Saturday):
Flat $25 delivery fee

Please read the following shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout selected metropolitan and regional areas across Victoria.

Delivery availability, schedules, and service areas may change from time to time. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for the latest delivery routes and schedules.

Delivery Days & Cut-Off Times

Delivery days vary depending on your location and delivery route.

Available delivery dates displayed at checkout are automatically based on the applicable delivery schedules and cut-off times for your location.

For Melbourne metro deliveries, orders close 8:00pm on the day prior to the scheduled delivery day.

For regional Victoria, outer Melbourne deliveries, and Melbourne metro Saturday deliveries, orders must be placed before 8:00pm two days prior to the scheduled delivery day.

While we aim to meet all advertised delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refrigerated Delivery

All orders are packed in temperature-controlled packaging and transported using refrigerated delivery methods where required to maintain product freshness and food safety standards.

We recommend customers ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries where possible.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise Eat Meat Melbourne to leave your delivery in a safe location at the delivery address if nobody is present at the time of delivery, unless otherwise instructed.

Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

Eat Meat Melbourne is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or spoilage after delivery has been completed.

Customer Esky Option

For added convenience, customers may choose to leave their own esky or cooler at the delivery location for their order to be placed into.

This option can be selected at checkout.

Where an esky is provided, our drivers will place as much of the order as reasonably possible into the supplied container. Customers are responsible for ensuring the esky is clean, clearly accessible, and suitably sized for their order.

If no esky is provided, orders will be delivered in our standard packaging and left in accordance with any delivery instructions provided at checkout, if applicable.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address, contact number, and delivery instructions.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

Refunds will not be provided for orders unable to be delivered due to incorrect customer information.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery times.

Eat Meat Melbourne is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic incidents
  • Extreme weather
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Events outside our reasonable control

In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact customers using the details provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible premises, unsafe conditions, or inability to contact the customer where required, the order may be returned or rescheduled at our discretion.

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Product Availability

Occasionally, products may become unavailable due to supplier shortages, stock fluctuations, or unforeseen circumstances.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a refund for the unavailable item. No substitutions will be made without customer approval.

Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, incorrect, or unsafe for consumption, please contact us immediately with photographs and order details so we can investigate promptly.
