Our Clear Fibrous Salami Casings are premium synthetic casings made from plant cellulose, designed for producing traditional dry-cured salami, and other artisan smallgoods.
Each pack contains 10 casings, measuring 50mm in diameter and 50cm in length. Tied at one end in a convenient sock shape, they're easy to fill and ideal for both home enthusiasts and commercial smallgoods producers.
The fibrous construction features microscopic pores that allow air, moisture and smoke to penetrate the casing, making them suitable for fermentation, curing and light smoking while helping produce an authentic finished product.

Preparation
For best results, soak the casings in clean water at room temperature for 30 minutes before stuffing.
Please Note: These are non-edible synthetic casings and should be removed before consuming the finished product.
