Our Girello (Eye Round) is a lean, premium beef cut with very little fat marbling, making it an excellent choice for roasting, slicing, stir-fries, schnitzels and homemade beef jerky.
Best cooked quickly and served medium-rare, Girello delivers a firm texture and rich beef flavour. Due to its low fat content, it is not recommended for low and slow cooking, as it can become dry if overcooked.
