Our premium Natural Sheep Bungs – Size 2 are ideal for producing traditional salami, Scottish haggis and a variety of artisan smallgoods.
Each packet contains 10 natural sheep bungs with an approximate total stuffing capacity of 10kg of meat. Measuring approximately 55–60mm in diameter and 300–400mm in length, these casings are closed at one end, making them quick and convenient to fill.
Smaller than beef or ox bungs, sheep bungs are an excellent choice when you want a medium-sized salami while still achieving the traditional appearance and texture of natural casings.
