Our Pork Caul Fat, also known as Panna, Lace Fat or Fat Netting, is a thin, natural membrane that surrounds the pig's internal organs. Traditionally used by butchers and home cooks, it's ideal for wrapping sausages, roulades, pâtés, faggots and other meat preparations, helping to retain moisture and flavour during cooking.
